Diljyot graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire in 2020 and began her clinical career with junior rotations in the NHS at Frimley Park Hospital. During this time, she gained experience across Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Medicine and Neurology - all of which helped shape her hands-on, person-centered approach to care.

For the past three years, Diljyot has been working in the private sector, where she particularly enjoys supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries and posture-related neck and back pain. Diljyot is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and tailoring treatment to suit each individual’s goals and lifestyle; this includes a combination of hands-on therapy, personalised exercise programmes and education.

Charlotte is a skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 6 years experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. Her clinical expertise covers the full spectrum of MSK conditions - from acute injuries and chronic pain to post-operative rehabilitation - working with individuals of all ages and activity levels.

Charlotte takes a holistic, patient centered approach to care, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle and needs. Paige has had a passion for sports from a young age, developing a career as a Personal Trainer and Sports & Remedial Massage therapist over 10 years ago.

In these roles she gained further qualifications to provide advice and exercise recommendations for individuals with specific health conditions and has held courses for individuals with joint pain, with a focus on addressing health and lifestyle factors to improve pain and function. During this time Paige developed an interest in rehabilitation which led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Paige has worked with professional sports teams and athletes and has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation. She enjoys participating in sport and physical challenges and regularly exercises in a gym environment.

Paige gained experience with a variety of clinical presentations working in the NHS, and alongside her musculoskeletal role she has an interest in supporting people with neurological conditions. Jess graduated from University of Plymouth in 2019 and started working within the NHS, shortly specialising in MSK in 2021. She has worked in NHS, sport, private practice and military settings. Outside of clinic, Jess is Lead Physiotherapist for Camberley Women’s Rugby, providing pitchside care and rehabilitation. She has completed course in acupuncture, Temporomandibular disorders, Strength and Conditioning for rehabilitation and sports massage.
